This position will eventually learn all the facets of the Pressroom, which include Striking/Coining, Trimming, Lathe-Trimming and Blanking.

Finishing & Polishing

This position would entail applying even pressure with a medal to a buffing wheel, removing polish and lacquer, and applying the final buff to the product, as well as putting untreated metal through a process of antiquing, by placing through a series of tubs and buckets with a combination of water and various chemicals.

Our enameling team fills in detailed metallic areas with enamel using precision tools like syringes, to match the artwork desired by our customers!

Plating

Plating’s function is to properly set up the tanks and plate the product per specification and bring a decorated look and feel to the metal. We plate in nickel and gold.

Crystal & Printing

Flex between the crystal department and printing where you would etch the beautiful artwork that goes on our crystal product, or use the Mimaki printer to print state-of-the-art designs on our medals!

Operate machines to engrave personalized letters, numbers, or artwork onto our coins and medals!

Ribbon Folding & Sewing

This is a job that could be a good fit for someone who is semi-retired, going to school, working around kid’s school schedules or anyone looking to make some extra money! No experience needed!

Toolroom

Setting up and operating our CNC machines, effectively cutting and creating the dies we use for production, as well as drilling coins and building/sharpening trim tools.

Assembly & Shipping

Work with carriers like UPS and FedEx to send our medals all over the country! When not performing shipping tasks, this position performs the final inspection on product, and perform any assembly needed, i.e. poly bagging, jump ringing, attaching a ribbon, etc.
